The right of the customer to assert further claims for damages under the following conditions remains unaffected.

No warranty is given for damages resulting from improper or unsuitable use, faulty commissioning or assembly, natural wear and tear, negligent or faulty use, non-compliance with the maintenance or operating instructions and improper repair work or modifications by the customer or third parties.
