Return process according to our voluntary return guarantee

Below we describe the return process in 5 steps. After registering the return, you must return the items within 14 days.

How do I return a product?

We would be grateful if you would consider the following points:

Pack the product safely and securely in a box and put the packing list or invoice from Yourvanstore in the package so we know the package is yours.
After your return request is confirmed by us, you will receive a shipping label. Stick this on the package in which your order was delivered, not on the original packaging of the product.
We will contact you to arrange a return date.
Once we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail

How does the refund work?

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

If you wish to return a product within the voluntary right of return, then you must request the return within 14 days of receipt of the goods
After the return request, you must ship the product within 14 days
The product must be returned complete and in original condition
Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Contracts for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature
After we receive your return, we will check the condition of it. If everything is in order, we will automatically transfer the outstanding amount back to the account you paid with within 10 business days

Do I also get the return costs back when I make a return?

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods that cannot be returned normally by mail due to their nature, these amount to 25,- EUR. Do you need another product? Then we will be happy to help you find another product.
